On 7 November 2023, we had the privilege of hosting a small group of teaching staff and their principal, Mr Ng Teng Chio, of Colegio De San Jose Schools 1 and 3. After a brief introduction and an overview of the afternoon's activities, the CDSJ team was led to a Form 1 classroom for an English lesson observation. After that, Ms. Candy joined the group for a sharing session on the exchange of teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and feedback on student engagement during the lesson observation. We are grateful for the chance to gain insights from CDSJ’s teachers and appreciate their proactive approach to incorporating valuable aspects into their pedagogical framework.
