People say food is a portal into the culture. This year, the Master Rosian Chef cooking competition was held at the Taipa Educational Activities Centre on Saturday, the 24th of November. Eight pairs of contestants from F1 to F6 were given the challenge to prepare two main dishes based on the theme ‘Authentic Chinese Cuisine’. It was inspiring to see that our students did not only exhibit great culinary skills but also profound knowledge about the historical background of Chinese cuisine. Keep up the good work, Chefs!
