Under the guidance of the DSEDJ, IAS and SSM, the Macau Public Speaking Organization, the Rotary Club of Macau and the Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau jointly organized the "We Care, We Share" Youth Mental Health Ambassador Program, and the Grand Final and Awarding Ceremony of the Macau Secondary School Mental Health Speech Competition, which were held on 15th of December, 2025. Some of our students were led to participate in this event by Mr. Vergil Lam.
The event aimed to convey positive mental health knowledge, raise the importance of mental health among young people, and cultivate their interest in public speaking.
The event attracted participants from over 20 local schools with around 80 students. Three of our students, Ailsa Wong from F6S, Ivana Leong from F4S, and Zoe Fong from F3F, participated in the training for youth ambassadors in mental health promotion and the speech competition.
After professional courses, visits, and competition training, our students performed exceptionally well. Ivana Leong got the Champion and won the Best Content Award in the high school category of the speech competition. She was also invited to participate in the Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference (APRRC), which will be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in 2026, expanding her international perspective. In addition, Ailsa Wong was nominated for the Top 10 Best Students in the high school category.
Our students benefited greatly from this event and enriched their experiences. Once again, congratulations to the award-winning students, and we hope that all students can continue to strive for excellence and face future challenges in good mental health.
第三屆「愛．分享 We Care, We Share」心理健康青年推廣大使計劃暨全澳中學生心理健康演講比賽總決賽及嘉許典禮
由教育及青年發展局、社會工作局及衛生局指導，澳門基金會資助，並由澳門演講家協會、澳門扶輪社及澳門基督教青年會聯合主辦的第三屆「愛．分享 We Care, We Share」心理健康青年推廣大使計劃暨全澳中學生心理健康演講比賽總決賽及嘉許典禮於2025年12月15日舉行，本校老師林世豪帶領本校同學參與。
活動以社會上最受關注的心理健康主題為切入點，傳播積極正面的心理健康知識，提高青少年對心理健康的重視，同時，培養及提升青少年對演講的興趣。
活動吸引超過20間學校，近80名學生參與。我校高三年級黃梓諭、高一年級梁靖琳及初三年級方婉頤參與心理健康青年推廣大使培訓及演講比賽。
經過專業課程、參訪、及比賽培訓後，我校學生表現出色。高一年級學生梁靖琳獲得高中組演講比賽冠軍及最佳內容獎，並獲邀參與2026年於泰國清邁舉行的亞太地區扶輪青年會議，拓展國際視野；另外，高三年級黃梓諭獲高中組最佳學員十強提名。
學生在是次活動獲益良多，收獲豐富，再次祝賀獲奬同學，希望同學們再接再厲，具備良好的心理狀態繼續接受未來的挑戰。
