The school library held a series of exciting activities on reading promotion throughout November.
There were several activities such as storytelling, movie appreciation, and animal camping (reading activity) for students to enjoy during lunchtime and Dear Time.
Activity Highlight:
Animal Camping
Animal-themed tents were decorated with stuffed toys and posters for students to explore a variety of animal-related books in an imaginary jungle.
Through establishing a relaxing and comfortable reading environment, students showed enthusiasm in reading.
In addition, the students have learnt to love and protect endangered animals via these activities as they now understand that all living creatures on earth are interdependent. Some students reflected that environmental protection is crucial in maintaining biodiversity. They have the responsibility to guard and save the earth together!
