The Macao Joint-School Carnival 2026, organised by the General Association of Chinese Students of Macao, was held on 5 September at the Lok Yeung Garden Rest Area with the theme “Exploring the Future, Creating Youth Together”. Around 10 local schools took part in this inter-school event, which featured interactive booths, recreational activities and student performances to strengthen connections among Macao youth.
Approximately 18 students from our school’s Students’ Association and Order and Discipline Committee took part in the event as volunteers. The members were responsible for on-site assistance and event management throughout the carnival. In addition, two student dancers represented our school and delivered an outstanding stage performance during the activity.
Participating in the Joint-School Carnival served as a valuable opportunity for holistic development beyond the classroom. It allowed our student volunteers to serve the community, enhance their communication skills and develop a stronger sense of responsibility, while our performers gained precious stage experience and showcased the positive spirit of our school in a joint-school activity.
