Parent-child Activity- School Orienteering
The Parent-child Interest Class held in March, 2015 received great support from parents and students. This triumph was further extended to the "Parent-child School Orienteering Activity" held on the 2nd of May, 2015, from 10 am to 12pm throughout the whole campus of Colegio de Santa Rosa de Lima (English Secondary). The "Parent-child School Orienteering Activity" aimed to provide opportunities for parents to communicate with their children and improve their relationships. Families from Primary 1 to Form 3 were invited to join this activity. Enthusiastic support from 193 families was received, of which only 30 families were selected.
There were a total of 10 games, seven of which were designed by the ECA groups while three were designed by the PTA. The games allowed the participants to have a better understanding of the organisation of the school and its facilities. Through participation in uniquely designed games, parents were able to solve problems and share joy with their children. They had to complete the games on a household basis and finish 10 checkpoints. The household that finished in the shortest time, with the highest number of gifts, was declared the winner. All participants exerted their best efforts throughout the whole activity, which was not short of wonderful moments of laughter! The photos and videos, on the PTA website, capture all the memorable moments.
繼3月份舉辦的親子課餘興趣班反應熱烈後，我校家教會籌備委員會於5月2日舉行的「內定向之分秒必爭」親子活動亦深受家長支持，對象為小一至中三的學生竟有193個家庭報名參加，惜場地有限，且活動亦為嘗試性質，故只接受了30個家庭參與，對未被抽中的家庭，我會亦感抱歉，多謝你們的支持！
「校內定向之分秒必爭」親子活動的目的主要是透過過關的遊戲，讓父母和子女有更多溝通和增進親子關係的機會，祈盼透過參與別具心思的遊戲設計，讓父母和子女共同解決疑難，分享喜悅；由於聯同學校課餘活動的7個小組和家教會設計的3個遊戲進行，故亦藉此讓家長和同學對學校組織及設施有更多的了解。
活動於5月2日早上10時至12時在聖羅撒英文中學整個校園內進行，遊戲以家庭為單位，分別要通過十個關卡，以時間最快、取得最多信物者為勝。過程中不乏精彩部份，有汗水有笑聲，大家不妨看看網上的相片及錄影，分享或回味這難忘的時刻。
