2012年12月，聖羅撒英文中學籌備成立家長教師會。由5位教師組成核心小組進行籌組的工作。
2013年7月11日，聖羅撒英文中學家長教師會(小學)籌備委員會正式成立(以下簡稱家教會)。家教會(小學)籌備委員會的成員由P1至P6的班主任老師推薦，校方邀請。家教會的開展主要以小學為主，逐漸拓展至中學。家教會(小學)籌備委員會現有成員包括教師5位，家長10位。
2014年6月7日籌備委員會會議通過，聖羅撒英文中學家教會服務的對象由小學家長擴展至中學家長。中小學的家長均可成為家教會的會員。
2015年10 月3日，聖羅撒英文中學於校慶日正式成立。理事會由11位老師及13位家長組成。
至2017年9月30日止，家教會有會員共506個家團(以家庭為單位)，小學440個，中學66個。
With regards to the meeting held by the Parent-Teacher Association Organizing Committee on 7^th June 2014, the purpose of the Parent-Teacher Association is to provide a structure through which the parents or guardians of students from the primary and secondary levels can work together for the best possible education and welfare of their children. The activities were initially organized and introduced to parents of primary levels. More activities will be introduced to parents of secondary levels in the coming year. In addition, parents from primary and secondary levels are entitled to be members of the Parent-Teacher Association.
The inauguration ceremony for the Santa Rosa de Lima Parent-Teacher Association was held on 3^rd October, 2015. The Parent-Teacher Association Committee consists of 11 teachers and 13 parents.
Until 30^th September 2017, the Parent-Teacher Association is comprised of 506 households, including 440 from the primary level and 66 from the secondary level.
