PTA Organizes Visit to Judiciary Police School and Pizza-making Activity
On January 10, 2015, the Parents' Committee and the Preparatory Committee, along with students and parents, took part in a parents-child campaign as well as a tour around Judiciary Police School. At around 2 pm, everyone gathered at the Judiciary Police School, located on the 12th floor of the Nam Tung Commercial Building in Praia Grande. Miss Chu, the supervisor of the Junior group, and her team, introduced the school's role and facilities to the participants. Attendees were very engaged, as the introduction was fascinating. They also visited a mock trial room, a fingerprint room and a "crime scene". When the tour was done, everybody was excited and reluctant to leave.
After the tour, the group went to a pizza restaurant nearby and made their unique "parents-child pizza". Parents and children enjoyed and laughed throughout the process. When everyone finished eating pizza, the activity came to an end. Some participants later said that the most enjoyable moment was not eating pizza but the process of making it. It is quite surprising to know that even students love to work, as long as they are interested in what they are doing.
2015年新春伊始，1月10日學校家教會籌委會成員連同家屬一行三十多人，組織了參觀司法警察學校及親子聯誼的活動。當天下午約二時許眾人齊集位於南灣大馬路南通商業大廈12樓的司法警察學校，由司法警察學校關注少年組主管朱小姐及其團隊負責接待及講解司法警察學校的作用及設施；期間參觀者投入，講者介紹精彩逼真有趣，參觀了"模擬法庭、指模室及案發現場"後，各人都懷著興奮的心情，依依不捨地離開司法警察學校。
接著大夥兒移步到鄰近的薄餅店，實行大人細路齊動手制作獨一無二的"親子Pizza"，活動過程中，笑聲、歡呼聲不斷，大人小孩都樂在其中。在享用完自家制的薄餅及寫過心意咭後，親子聯誼活動也告結束。據參與者的分享表示，原來最享受的並不是食物的味道及外觀，而是制作的過程，這真是意料之外，原來小孩子都喜歡工作，只要是他們有興趣的事情。
