Purpose:

  • Using Cultural Heritage as a tool, students will have a deeper understanding of Macau while discovering its value by different methods to enhance students’ cultural identity and critical thinking.


Content:

  • First Term:

    • Introduction of Macau culture, including its basic informa@on, history and cultural heritage with group discussion.

    • Understanding the importance of culture.

    • Field trips on Heritage sites in Macau


  • Second Term:

    • Introducing different types of heritage documentation and interpretation skills, including photographic, cultural mapping and more.

    • On-school cultural mapping workshop


  • Third Term:

    • Concept on conservation and sustainable development.

    • Field trips on Heritage sites in Macau.
